Contactless Pick Up
We offer contactless pick up from Narre Warren, Victoria.
This is a great option if you are wanting to avoid the delivery cost and can easily travel to our pick up location.
We also suggest pick up for large arrangements.
Select pick up during check out, and specify in the checkout notes what day you would like to pick up your new blooms.
**Please note that we cannot offer same day pick up, so please order at least one business day prior.
You will receive a confirmation email from us with the pick up address.
Your blooms will be placed in our pick up area at 9am on your designated pick up day. You then can come past at a time that suits you.
Courier Shipping
We offer courier shipping for anyone for anyone who is unable to travel to our pick up location, or living interstate.
We go to extreme lengths to ensure your arrangements travel safely by courier. This includes biodegradable bubble wrap and packing, durable boxes and lots of fragile tape.
It takes us 1-2 business days to prepare your order for dispatch.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee a delivery day with the courier service, however an approx guideline:
Melbourne - 1-3 business days
Regional VIC - 2-4 business days
NSW/ACT - 2-5 business days
QLD - 2-5 business days
SA - 2-5 business days
WA - 3-7 business days
Once dispatched you will receive an email with tracking information.
*Note that we use a number of courier companies including Australia Post. We select the service/company that best suits the delivery suburb.
Local Hand Delivery
We offer hand delivery within 25km of Narre Warren, Victoria.
This is a great option if you are sending blooms as a gift, or if you are unable to travel to our pick up location.
If your address falls within the 25km delivery radius, you will see a ‘local hand delivery’ option at checkout. Select 'local hand delivery' and the delivery cost will show up.
The cost for local hand delivery varies based on the distance from Narre Warren.
Specify in the check out notes what day you would like your blooms delivered.
**Please note that we cannot offer same day delivery, so please order at least one business day prior. We cannot guarantee a delivery time, but it will generally be between the hours of 11am - 5pm.
** If no one is home to accept the delivery, it will be left in a safe place at the address.
In the event an address cannot be accessed when the recipient is not home (ie. secure apartment building), your order will be returned to us and you will need to organise a redelivery (fees apply).
